JOBDONE CRM - Terms of Use

JOBDONE CRM, A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICE, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter "You" or "Your") BY JOBDONE Software (hereinafter "JOBDONE"), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter "Terms") IN ADDITION TO JOBDONE'S GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF JOBDONE CRM SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE JOBDONE CRM IN ANY MANNER.

JOBDONE CRM Utilization

JOBDONE CRM is a part of JOBDONE's suite of online collaboration, business & productivity software applications. You will be able to access JOBDONE CRM by using your account for all JOBDONE Services (hereinafter "JOBDONE Account").

Accessing Third Party Applications Integrated with JOBDONE CRM

Many Third Party Applications (hereinafter "TPA(s)") are integrated with JOBDONE CRM. You may also integrate any TPA supported by JOBDONE CRM by using the provided API by using the API interface provided only. Access and use of TPAs may require additional terms of service and privacy policies, applicable to such TPAs. You are responsible for reading, understanding & accepting any and all terms before accessing or using any TPA feature or API.

Administrator and Primary Contact

You will be the default administrator of the JOBDONE CRM account created by you. An administrator of a JOBDONE CRM account may designate any number of users as administrators for such JOBDONE CRM account or revoke the administrator privileges of any user. There must always be a Primary Account Holder for a JOBDONE CRM account who will also be an administrator and the party solely responsible for the JOBDONE CRM account. An administrator may designate any other administrator in the system but in no way abdicates his Primary Account Holder position nor his accountability to ensure that all use of JOBDONE CRM is in accord with the Terms. Communications in connection with any JOBDONE CRM account will be sent to the Primary Account Holder.

Usage Limits for JOBDONE CRM

JOBDONE may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by You. You must make sure that Your usage is within the usage limits prescribed by JOBDONE in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that JOBDONE has the right restrict any or all account activity if You reach the usage limit corresponding to your account or your account is in arrears.

TERMS FOR USE OF API

Integration of JOBDONE CRM with Third Party Applications using APIs provided by JOBDONE requires technical skill. You understand that errors or defects in the integration may cause loss and corruption of data. Although we are extremely devoted to performance of our services and all TPA integrations at all times, You agree that JOBDONE is not liable for any loss and corruption of data caused due to errors or defects in any integration.

You must not try to access any functionality that is not exposed in the documentation for the API. You understand and agree that JOBDONE will not be liable for the consequences of accessing or using any unexposed functionality of the API.

API Deprecation

JOBDONE, in its discretion, may cease providing the current version of the API either as a result of discontinuation of the API or upgradation of the API to a newer version. In both cases, the current version of the API will stand deprecated and become the deprecated version of the API (hereinafter "Deprecated Version"). When JOBDONE decides to deprecate the current version of the API, You may be informed about such deprecation through a service announcement. For a period following announcement of deprecation (hereinafter the "Deprecation Period"), JOBDONE will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the Deprecated Version. You understand that JOBDONE is not obliged to provide the features of the newer version in the Deprecated Version.

JOBDONE in its discretion may cease supporting the Deprecated Version during the Deprecation Period if i) JOBDONE is required to do so by law or ii) You have breached any provision of these Terms or the General Terms of Service or iii) JOBDONE determines that supporting the API is likely to result in a security risk to JOBDONE.

API Usage Limits

JOBDONE OR the TPA may prescribe API usage limits, including limits on the number of calls, number of records per call, bandwidth usage and frequency of calls. You are required to adhere to the usage limits prescribed by JOBDONE in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that JOBDONE may restrict an activity if You reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity and that an API call may either fail or be partially executed if the usage limits are reached before or during an API call.

Uptime Liability Limitation

JOBDONE Software strives to maintain 100% usage uptime while providing secure storage of all confidential account information over a secure connection. However, due to various circumstances, including unforseen events, brief outages or service interruptions may occur. JOBDONE is dedicated to taking every precaution to preserve system uptime & data integrity. While JOBDONE will always uphold its responsibility to provide a secure & usable product, JOBDONE is not responsible for downtime occurring for any cause whatsoever. In addition, in the event that scheduled maintenance is to be performed that will affect account accessibility, notifications will most often accompany these scheduled upgrades, at the discretion of system administrators depending on the nature of the upgrade.

Modification of Terms of Use

JOBDONE reserves the right to modify JOBDONE CRM Terms of Use. Modifications to the Terms of Use are effective upon Your use of JOBDONE CRM subsequent to publication of such modification.
